Chinese mantid? - Tenodera aridifolia

Size: 4"
Is this T. aridifolia? Ive never seen a brown one before out here, theyre always green. Its too large to be S. carolina, so Im a bit confused. Also too large to be M. religiosa. Can anyone ID?
