Moved
Moved from Cacopsylla.

Appears to be C. sinuata
Based on the shape of the male paramere, which is rather distinct (see illustration). It keys to this species in Hodkinson's 1978 rather thorough treatment of Alaskan psyllids, and it matches well with Tuthill's description of the species. The female genitalia agrees with Tuthill's description as well, though neither he nor Crawford illustrates the female.
