Scavenger Moth - Blastobasis glandulella

Scavenger Moth - Blastobasis glandulella
Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida, USA
April 18, 2013
Size: ~8mm
At outdoor light. Appears to belong to the Blastobasini. I thought it could be either a Blastobasis or Pigritia, but the discussion here tells me that Pigritia does not have visible palps. Hence, it must be another genus. Species level assignment may not be possible, but perhaps genus level?
