Mayfly Larvae?

This extremely tiny larvae was found while kick seining in a rocky stream. It looks like a mayfly larvae to me, but I wanted to get that verified by others first.

It's been awhile since I really looked at the eastern fauna, so I'm being a bit conservative on this ID. There are a couple other genera that can look superficially like this guy. I feel pretty strongly about my guess.
