I've seen these around before, but I never heard their official name. Any help? THANKS!!

Neoconocephalus?
This is a coneheaded katydid, genus Neoconocephalus, OR a related genus in the subfamily Copiphorinae (family Tettigoniidae). Need more angles to determine genus conclusively. Update: Pretty certain now that it is the broad-tipped conehead, Neoconocephalus triops. Moving to that guide page.
