Not found near water, found in moist woodland that had a seasonal stream a hundred or more yards away, maybe more.

Unfortunately, this insect cannot be absolutely determined without examining a male genital bulb under a microscope. At this locality this might possibly be Panorpa capillata, maculosa, submaculosa, nebulosa, acuta, or banksi.
