Found using beating sheet on Quercus agrifolia, in the search for more of these . Maybe Trichopsocus clarus?

You are joining the psocid watchers club...
This one is Trichopsocus but it is difficult to tell from your photo. Could be Trichopsocus clarus or Trichopsocus dalii. You would have to examine the hindwing to know for sure. Based on the relatively flat shape of the areola postica, I'd bet on clarus.
