My First Opinion is......
...that you should toss about 185 lbs. of skeptical crawfish in the pan on the other side of the balance. Cook them, not me :-))

Your photo matches fairly well another worn moth photo by Randy Newman in North Carolina. I think he got his ID from someone who really is an expert. I'd be comfortable piggybacking on that ID. If I had to decide without such a crutch I couldn't get beyond Datana sp.
