Just six scutellar setae here
...which, together with the 2 notopleural setae would point directly to F. buccata in Shannon (1924). Note also that:

      1) the yellowish arista with black tip, having length greater than the antenna; and
      2) the (barely) darkened posterior edges of terga 2 & 3.

are consistent with F. buccata, while the additional character of:

      3) legs yellowish

would point to F. dives, as in the many similar Ferdinandea posts of Csalazar2012.

But F. dives is apparently a synonym for F. buccata. See comments here.
