Based on the characters of the pronotum and what looks like broad, non-clavate hind femora, this looks like P. germari. Additional closeup views of the hind femur and the pygidium will help. You can also key this out yourself using the key by Clark et al. (2008)- check under 'books' in the subfamily section.
