rather Deloyala guttata
I think rather Mottled Tortoise Beetle - Deloyala guttata. Downie and Arnett (1) state Charidotella "elytral margins at apices
deflexed, not projecting shelflike", but your excellent photo appears to have a "shelflike" posterior (also note the dark suture line extending to apex, which is not present in any of the Guide's Charidotella). The characteristic pronotum basal large black spot with 2 pale dots of Deloyala guttata are not present. But if you squint a little at your photo, I can just make out 2 pale "greenish" dots where they're supposed to be.

The Guide doesn't currently have any photos of D. guttata without the black pronotal spot (until now - just move :), but see
http://www.biol.uni.wroc.pl/cassidae/katalog%20internetowy/deloyalaguttatafig2.htm for an example.

Nice variation of this tortoise beetle!

Thanks
Thanks for the ID, I would have never figured this one out.

I have an additional photo I can add, if that would be appropriate.

sure,
additional shots of unusal individuals are always appropriate.
