American Copper

Thanks, Hannah -- I think you have the right species. I should see if I have a better shot of the underside hindwing, since the "broad orange outer margin" on
L. hyllus
versus the "submarginal row of orange-red zigzags" of
L. phlaeas
seems like a clear distinction.
