Not R. minutus
Either R. dimidiatus or R. sculpturatus. I'm leaning toward a female R. sculpturatus though. To definitively determine this guy I'd need to see the microsculpture on the mesosternum or area between the procoxa. R. sculpturatus doesn't have any (I don't see any on the this guy, but it's hard to tell).
