My best match is 10927.1 – Spaelotis velicava based on images at MPG
Found at UV light near Santee Lakes

Probably 10926.2 - Spaelotis unicava
Only two Spaelotis are found in your area, S. unicava and S. bicava. S. unicava is much more common and, while wing sizes can overlap, 19mm better fits S. unicava.
