Macrosiphini?

Found on mini rose bush, I have a few guesses what it could be but not confident enough to narrow it down farther or if even Macrosiphini is correct. There were several of these (different sizes and slightly different shades) on the plant around buds as well as on leaves that have not fully opened. Could be same or different species, will add photos if necessary.
