You can see the black fifth tarsomeres and the clear transverse wing band that extends from CuA1 to the anterior wing margin (the wing pigment has faded, but you can still see the pattern). Only males have these large blunt-tipped frontal bristles. For range purposes, UW-Madison also lists that they have this species in their collection, so I think we're good.
