This wasp was spotted on a non-native mustard at the Claremont Colleges' Bernard Field Station. Any information about its identity will be greatly appreciated!

Cool!
Thanks for the ID! No wonder I didn't recognize this wasp – it's not one we've recorded at the field station previously. We have seen one other Leptochilus sp. (which you can see here), but this one is clearly different.

 
Wing venation
I am not sure the other one is a Leptochilus (check couplet 10 of my genus key http://www.biology.ualberta.ca/bsc/ejournal/bmc_05/key_eumeninae.html and associated Fig. 2.6). There seems to be no kink in vein M. Perhaps it is a Microdynerus but I am not certain.
