Small winged, black bug with large thighs - Brachymeria

Size: 0.25 inches
There were about 40 of these little black winged bugs on my windowsill the past couple of weeks. Have not found out yet where they are coming from. Can anyone ID them?

Brachymeria…
These are wasp parasitoids of various insect groups including caterpillars.
