Lady Beetle ID Requested - Adalia bipunctata

Lady Beetle ID Requested - Adalia bipunctata
Killbride, Northeast Avalon, Newfoundland/Labrador, Canada
September 17, 2006
Size: Approx 5 mm
I can't find this Lady Beetle in the Guide.  I've also checked the Canadian Lady Beetle ID Guide but couldn't find one there like my individual either . Mine looks a little like Adalia bipunctata but not enough to say that's the ID.  Neither did I find mine at the Lady Beetles of Ontario site. I found this on the leaf of a wild rose bush in the early afternoon. It was too windy to photograph in place so I moved it inside my garage. It flew off before I completed the photos. :(

Adalia bipunctata
My guess is you're right, it's Adalia bipunctata.

Thank you & Colour question
Thank you Lynette. My inidividual was definitely the orangish colour seen here and not the bright red seen at the link that I gave to Adalia bipunctatain in my OP. Do colours vary that much within a species? If the ID is correct, then I guess it's a new genus for BugGuide. Is that correct? Thanks again.
