Thread-legged Bug
Not so sure it's a walking stick. I think it might be an Assassin Bug in subfamily Emesinae (Thread-legged Bugs).

Yes!
A pair of very nice images, too! This might be Emesaya brevipennis, but can't be positive. It IS an adult, though. Some species frequent spider webs where they rob prey or eat the spider or both. I see Tom commented simultaneously:-)

Nah...
They usually go after what might be trapped in the web, not the spider itself.
