"Jikradia"
This is a species formerly known as "Jikradia" olitorius. I believe it may be classified under its 'new' genus here in Bugguide. Oh, leafhopper family (Cicadellidae).

 
Coelidia/Jikradia
The older name is Coelidia; Jikradia is a segregate based on details of male genitalia. Since females cannot be identified using male genitalic characters, and no female features can differentiate Jikradia, I prefer to retain the older name Coelidia.
