Pretty certain this is in the Gelinae (aka Cryptinae) subfamily, so moving there for now.

Chattahoochee series
It actually looks to us more like the series that Troy took at Chattahoochee because of the single white dot in the center top of the thorax rather than the two-striped one from Webb Bridge, but Eric says there's almost no hope of identifying them to genus even! We read somewhere that there are 60,000 species in the Ichneumonidae! We did move them all to the same guide page hoping someone might be able to sort some of them out (and they look good together!)
