Not making any progress
Are we out of luck? Should we ask John VanDyk to create a page of some kind for long unidentified moths, so that they are available if a moth specialist wants to take a crack at them? It seems strange to have 35 pages of unidentified moths in the guide pages.

 
Dichomeris Sp
I'm pretty sure this is a Gelechiidae. There ara a lot of similar examples in the genus Dichomeris.

I will go through my other moth ID requests and update with info I've found since posting them.
