Size: perhaps 8mm or so.
can not say i know many spiders, but looking through the guide... perhaps Acacesia hamata?

hooray!
thank you both, i do not like to commit on spiders i try to identify, as i am no good with them... sometimes one gets lucky though (also, it helps it is the first genus when you browse the orb webs).
