Gorgeous man!!

Olios would not have those huge eyes.
This is a wolf spider in the Lycosidae.

It's a Boy
This male was wandering in search of a female of his kind before entering your kitchen and attracting your attention. The genus is Olios, I believe. They are not dangerous.
