After looking at this again, I'm positive this is a Greater Angle-wing Katydid - Microcentrum rhombifolium. The shape of the wings are just completely wrong for Modest.

Angle-wing Katydid
I'm pretty sure this is a Greater Angle-wing Katydid (Microcentrum rhombifolium) but Modest are also found in your area.

Microcentrum sp.
This is one of the angularwinged katydids in the genus Microcentrum.
