Is this some sort of midge?

Moved from Mosquitoes. ID'd to genus from specimen, now a photo-voucher. Thanks Tom.

I've not keyed out Anopheles before, but I think this is closest to quadrimaculatus. Perhaps Sean can tell us more now that the genus is confirmed.
