Mordellidae - Mordellistena

Mordellidae - Mordellistena
Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska, USA
June 16, 2013
Size: about 5mm
Attracted to porch light. I don't know if the image is good enough for further ID. I wasn't expecting much when I took the picture, but it turned out better than expected.

Thanks for the help guys.
I wish I had a better picture, but this is the best I got. I'll keep my out out for another one. :)

or higher res
I agree with v on the desired lateral image. But failing that, if you have higher resolution of the rear legs, we might be able to make out the necessary ridges. I think I see two on the tibia and two on the first tarsal, but higher resolution would be helpful.

nice pic indeed, and might well be an interestinc bug, too
the problem is, the critical features are only visible on lateral shots of hind legs...
