Identification
Abdomen marked with red; antennal segment 1 shorter than 3; free edge of clypeus concave medially; male sternite 6 with a broadly U-shaped median emargination; male antennal segments 5-8 with fossulae or plates; wings lightly brown-stained; maxillary palpus about equal in length to labial palpus; prothoracic lobe with abundant pubescence.
