Don't know if this is the Western Leacutting bee or a Willow Mining bee. Anyone care to comment. Would appreciate knowing.

Honey bee
This is a worker honey bee, Apis mellifera. Note strongly expanded hind tibia ("pollen basket"). Most solitary bees either have the hind legs covered in long hairs, or have no dilation of the segments.
