im almost positivie its a fle
im almost positive its a flesh fly. it has all the right markings to be one. the stripes also resemble the flesh fly more so than the tachinid fly.

looks like a Tachinid, but i do not know that family very well... and there are many of them out there. perhaps someone will be able to narrow it down more from your great picture.
