Dolichopodae like fly with pretty golden hairs on back. - Chrysopilus modestus - Male

Size: 5mm
I was looking for small dolichopodae to photograph and came across this fly. It is the size of Condylostylus scaber, but very different in the body coloration. The eyes are also very different. But I am quite sure it is Empidoidea, but which one?
