Saddleback with parasites? - Acharia stimulea

Saddleback with parasites? - Acharia stimulea
Davie, Fort Lauderdale County, Florida, USA

So.. do you think this guy has enough parasites?? maybe it can fit a few more. LOL
But is it a saddleback?

My first thought upon seeing that thumbnail was
"Bummer!" Poor guy! From the little bit of him I can see, he sure does look like a saddleback.

This guy is definitely a saddle back. But I believe she is carrying eggs on her body. I have 5 of them on my kumquat plant. So disgusting!

Not eggs:
braconid wasp cocoons.
