Not the same
It couldn't be the same individual if only week elapsed and if you didn't actually followed it. It may even be a different species, you ought to unlink this from the other images.

But could it be a tiger moth caterpillar>
The photos were linked in my original posting because I was curious whether or not the caterpillar was a tiger moth caterpillar. Just to be clear, because you seem confused, I'm not making any claims about the moth and caterpillar in these photos being the same individual, although I suppose they could be. Doesn't the pupal stage last 7 - 14 days in many species? The caterpillar photo was taken a week or two before the moth photo, as I said in my original posting. I suppose they could be the same individual, if in fact the caterpillar is a tiger moth caterpillar, but again I'm just wondering if it could be a tiger moth caterpillar. I consulted David Wagner's book, Caterpillars of Eastern North America, but couldn't be sure about this caterpillar.

Linking
You only link images as "same individual" if you are absolutely sure that they are such, for instance if you raised the caterpillar. If not there is another way of linking them by using the function [thumb:#], where # is the node number for the image.
There have been too many mistakes of this kind when a male and female or members of different species were linked as "same individual" when they are obviously not.
