Unknown Leafhopper - Pagaronia minor

Unknown Leafhopper - Pagaronia minor
Alley Pond Park, Queens County, New York, USA

Probably Pagaronia minor; please watch for adults.

There are many adults,
so many in fact that I assumed I've already taken pictures of an adult and skipped over them (usually spend time trying to add to my species list). There are many vines and small plants where they fly back and forth usually hiding on the underside of leaves. I would send you specimens but I know that collecting insects in NYC parks requires a permit and not really sure how the process works, but I will definitely create a list of the plant life that they are found on.
