A. aenea
almost certainly Arthromacra aenea - based on only Arthromacra from the NE US (Guide info page), and dark legs, pale taris. Downie and Arnett (1) only list one other Arthromacra - A. pilosella, described as "brillian green, appendages pale brown, tarsi darker."
