Brown Moth On Dead Tree - Amphipyra pyramidoides

Brown Moth On Dead Tree - Amphipyra pyramidoides
Aberdeen, Harford County, Maryland, USA
September 26, 2006
This one was under the bark of a dead tree. I hear in western Maryland they're called Millers. So am I.

Looks like a Copper Underwing (Amphipyra pyramidoides) in the Noctuidae family.
