West Yellowstone Grig - Cyphoderris strepitans

West Yellowstone Grig - Cyphoderris strepitans
West Yellowstone, Gallatin County, Montana, USA
June 28, 2013
Size: 22 mm
I found three of these in 20 minutes of searching in the woodlot in back of my hotel in West Yellowstone, MT. I doubt it is an adult yet, but I'm most curious to know what species it may be. This is the largest of the three though I intend to grow them all to maturity. Males could apparently be heard on the trunks of pines, though they would stop as I approached.

Moved tentatively...
Moved from Cyphoderris.

Were you able to rear them to adulthood?
If so, how did you keep them?
