Exit hole on the lower side of the leaf in the lower right corner.

I checked some backlit shots of my own, both

and sawflies, and I feel good about calling it
Cameraria
now (definitely parasitized, given the exit hole). I notice that it ended up right next to another shot of yours of

Profenusa?
The frass suggests sawfly to me, but sawfly larvae are supposed to exit through a slit cut in the upper epidermis. Maybe the hole was made by an ant or other predator, or by a parasitoid wasp exiting. Did you find any other examples?
