I think this is a Multicolored Asian Lady Beetle, perhaps infected with a fungus? This beetle was acting very sickly, sitting on a leaf near the top of a stem, quivering and turning slightly but not moving around. Photographed on Rosa rugosa 'Jubilee'.

Is it possible to know what fungus has infected this Lady beetle? I also photographed another sickly-looking Lady Beetle on a weed growing through a neighboring rose at the same time. That image may be found here:
