This (male?) Lynx Spider appears quite different from the typical Oxyopes scalaris I commonly see in my garden. Perhaps Oxyopes salticus? Unfortunately, it fled after I took this photo so there are no other views. Photographed on cultivated Raspberry (Rubus sp.).
