Size: ~30mm
It resembles some kind of Cockroach, but I've never seen one this wide before. He flies easily with those broad wings.

Edit: I think I found it. It resembles the genus Arenivaga submitted by my neighbor, Tony Gallucci. His is here:

and moved Tony's to it. Yours looks like a good match to me, but I'm not a roach expert.
