Larva

Larva
Ross Creek Cedars, Lincoln County, Montana, USA
August 4, 2006
Size: around 15-20 mm
I think it might have been feeding on Devil's Club.

Wonder if this is related to
Cirrhophanus triangulifer, Owlets, pg 339

Lynette, could this be
a young Melanchra adjuncta - Hitched Arches? ... or something very close to it in that subfamily or tribe?

Certainly Possible
But I'm feeling really lost with the North Western bugs, so I don't feel very confident about most of them.
