Shape of
medial black mark on 1st tergum suggests, to me, maculifrons rather than flavopilosa

Looked at your comparison photo and this looks like a worker?

I'll move them to maculifrons for now. Other than the September date, they may not benefit the guide, so feel free to frass any or all of them. (I will frass the out of focus one now).
