probably Hyperaspis trifurcata
certainly Hyperaspis, and probably H. trifurcata. Although there are some similarities to the H. quadrivittata "group", the location and elytra markings look most like H. trifurcata, a Mexican sp that makes it crosses north into the southwest US and slightly up the west coast.
