Tiny insect with large fangs, like an earwig but backwards - Chrysoperla plorabunda

Tiny insect with large fangs, like an earwig but backwards - Chrysoperla plorabunda
Toronto, Ontario, Canada
July 16, 2013
Size: 4-5 mm in length
The bug was found on a co-worker who had been sitting in the grass at lunch. Very small insect. By the time I took the photo, a part of one of the hind legs may have come off. At first I thought it was an earwig, but then I noticed the "fangs" were on the head of the insect (like a termite) and not on the rear-end (like on an earwig).

Lacewing larva!
I currently have them in all developmental stages scurrying around on my fence -- trying to eat rather than being eaten!
