Dogwood Sawfly? - Macremphytus

I believe this is a dogwood sawfly shedding its white covering.

I've moved your others to the guide page (you can locate them using Your Images), and I'll move this one too. A size would be nice, if you can take a measuring tool with you or use your hand to estimate.
