I'd agree...
I'd have to agree with Joyce, this doesn't appear to be the Multicolored Japanese Ladybird Beetle. Another good indicator is the "M" on the thorax...this doesn't have the full M.

i've one of these before but it was dead. i just thought that the color went out of it because it was rotting.

Interesting images of the multicolored Asian lady beetle, Harmonia axyridis. Can't tell if this is a color image or not. Sepia?

not Olla?
I know H. axyridis is extremely varied in its coloration and pattern, but the color and spot pattern (4-3-1 on each elytron) on this beetle look a lot like Olla v-nigrum:

 
agree with Joyce - Olla v-nigrum
H. axyridis is at best a 2-3-3-1 spots/elytron. Your photo matches the "text book" Olla v-nigrum pattern.
