Unknown small, gray Alaskan fly - Leucopis

Size: roughly 0.5 cm
These tiny flies were all over one type of plant with big pink flowers. I saw one go up to an aphid, tap the aphid's rear with its front legs, and then the aphid secreted some honeydew and the fly drank it.
