This is some sort of cuckoo wasp, though it'd be best to edit the picture by cropping it so that just the insect shows up.

You can click the edit button on your images page, and reupload the picture once it is cropped. This will facilitate any potential ID's

Cropped photo of Cuckoo Wasp
It was a very tiny wasp, barely 5 mm. It does look like a Cuckoo Wasp. I cropped the image. It was on a nasturtium leaf. Thank you.

Recommended cropping at this site is very tight.
"Just the bug" is the byword here.
